Subscription

All SYNQ products require a subscription.

Coming Soon - Subscribe via Azure Marketplace​

If your organization already has a Microsoft Azure subscription you can subscribe to SYNQ via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

  1. Sign in to https://portal.azure.com
  2. Click Create a resource
  3. Search for "SYNQ" or "Frontline Hero"
    1. Or use this direct link
  4. Select SYNQ Frontline Hero
  5. Click Subscribe
  6. Provide the following:
    • Subscription
    • Resource group
    • Name
    • Recurring billing
  7. Click Review + Subscribe
  8. Click Next
  9. Verify that your email and contact information are correct
  10. Click Next
  11. Click Configure account now
    • This navigates you to a SYNQ website where you complete the registration.
    • You will also receive an email with this link.
  12. Click Subscribe
